Refund Policy

We offer two ways to get your money back on a program bought from H2J. Read both before you buy. All amounts are in US dollars.

1. 14-day refund

Ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason, and we will refund the price you paid. No explanation is needed.

2. Interview guarantee

If you complete the program and do everything it asks, and you do not receive 5 interview invitations from international companies within 3 months, we will refund the price you paid.

Conditions

To qualify, all of the following must be true:

• You completed all 10 program modules.
• You applied to at least 30 suitable roles and sent at least 50 personal outreach messages, and you can show them in the application tracker or with screenshots.
• You used the CV and LinkedIn profile prepared in the program.
• You aimed at roles that match your target position, level and region as set in the program.
• The 3 months start on the day you meet all the conditions above.

What counts as an interview invitation

A written invitation from a company to a recruiter or hiring interview about a role that matches your targets. Automated test links and application confirmations do not count.

Which programs it covers

All three programs: Self Serve, Take All and Assistants.

3. How to ask for a refund

1. Email hello@onhires.com from the address you used to buy, with the subject "Refund".
2. For the interview guarantee, include proof of the steps in section 2.
3. We answer within 5 business days. If approved, we refund to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few more days to show it.

4. After a refund

Your access to the program ends when we refund you. If you paid in instalments, we stop the remaining instalments.

5. Other cases

• Outside these two cases we do not give refunds, except where the law requires it.
• If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we cannot process a refund at the same time. Please write to us first.
• Fees your bank or payment provider charges you are not refunded by us.

6. No promise of a job

The guarantee covers interview invitations, not job offers. Hiring decisions are always made by employers. See our Terms & Conditions.
